RMA Policy
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is used for the following issues: missing, damaged, defective, did not order, ordered (x) but received (y) and consignment returns. Claims for issues in your order should be received by Multibrite LLC within 7 days of delivery. This can be initiated by sending an email to multibrite@multibrite.com The following information is required in order to complete the RMA request:- Contact name
- Company name
- Phone number
- Part number(s) and quantity of each
- Invoice number or date delivered
- A brief description of the problem that occurred
